APRIL 2024

eASTER cAMP

tHE SECOND CAMP for a4b consisted of a 3 day camp from 4-6 april. the return of the first two coaches during the easter recess allowed the coaches to build upon what the players learnt from the previous camp. some of the senior players were also tested on tehir agility and strength - something we will continue to track and improve.

december 2023

christmas cAMP

The first edition and the kick starter to our company. the players had 4 full days from 26-30 December. during the christmas recess the coaches gave the players 4 full days of training sessions and strength and conditioning training, on top of the multiple competitions which were a part of this camp.
