day one

For the first day of our first camp, The players were introduced to the coaches and started with some drills led by coach sasha, followed by an intense hour of strength and conditioning led by the professor branko.

each session was concluded with sets of freethrows and three pointers which contributed to the competitions

To end the day off the players completed the group stages of the 3x3 competition.

day two

Today the players started with a colourful activity using balloons to help their ball handling skills which was then followed by an hour of conditioning training as instructed by the professor.

Later the players had some fun playing against the A4B staff and after completing the first part of their 3 point competition and continues their freethrow competitions.

day three

THE Third day started with some fun games which involved teamwork and agility followed by a training session led by coach sasha. after, the players had a light physical session with the professor which focused on the conditioning of the players.

each session was concluded with sets of freethrows and three pointers which contributed to the competitions. This day was the final day before the best shooters were chosen for the finals.

To end the day off the players completed the quarter and semi finals of the 3x3 competition.

day four

For the final day of the camp, the players were rewarded with a well needed break. we were visited by the national wheelchair basketball team who challenged the players to a different aspect of basketball.

the players then had the finals for their respective challenges, before concluding the camp where the players where awarded trophies, medals and certificates.
