Coach Petar Đorđević is a FIBA-certified coach and one of the most respected youth development specialists in the Balkan region. With a strong background in both grassroots and elite-level coaching, he has worked extensively across Serbia and Europe, guiding young athletes through crucial stages of their basketball journey. His coaching philosophy combines modern training methods with a deep understanding of player psychology, earning him a reputation for building well-rounded, high-IQ players.

Throughout his career, Coach Petar has held coaching positions with top youth academies and contributed to several high-profile basketball development programs. His ability to adapt to different competitive environments and bring out the best in his players has made him a valuable asset in every ORGANISATION he’s joined. Coach Petar has coached multiple senior woman categories and multiple serbian national teams of all ages. We were honoured to welcome Coach Petar as one of the lead coaches for our January 2025 camp and to have him return for the Easter 2026 main camp.

Currently, Coach Đorđević is affiliated with the Jr. NBA Serbia program, where he plays a key role in mentoring and developing some of the country’s most promising young talent under the global Jr. NBA framework - a testament to his continued impact and leadership in European youth basketball.

HUNOR

Coach Harkai Hunor is a FIBA- and EHCB-certified coach, widely recognised across European basketball for his dynamic coaching style, deep tactical knowledge, and commitment to youth development. Over the years, he has built an impressive résumé, holding key coaching positions across various competitive levels in Europe. Notably, he served as an assistant coach in Hungary’s top division and held developmental roles in several elite youth programs, where he helped shape the next generation of basketball talent.

coach sasha dimitrijevic, a FIBA-certified coach with over 40 years of experience in the field was the HEAD coach for the first two camps of the all4ball camps, bringing with him a wealth of expertise and knowledge. Known for his remarkable coaching career and his recognition towards the basketball in his hometown of north macedonia, and as the father of euroleague player and former playoff MVP of the VTB playoffs, nenad dimitrijevic.

Coach Sasha has previously served for the national team coach for the U16 up to the U20 national teams of macedonia, demonstrating his capability to lead and mentor high-calbre teams. he is also one of the founders of the camp junior basketball camp, a renowned basketball camp which hosts thousands of aspiring basketballers every year.

During his initial tenure in malta, coach sasha led athleta basketball club to multiple championships. he was also the head coach for the U16 national team of malta. Coach Sasha was the head coach for our first two camps, accompanied by Professor Branko, and now sets his return to the island for the Easter 2026 caMP.

professor branko krstevski is a fiba-certified coach with over 50 years of experience on the court and was the physical coach accompanying coach sasha for the first two camps of a4b. the professor is one of the founders of Camp Junior, together with Coach Sasha. Together with Coach Sasha, The professor was awarded with a recognition award by the macedonian basketball association, for their contribution towards the sport.

the professor is also a respected academic at the university for sports of macedonia, where he specialises in physical preparation for children of all ages, imparting his extensive knowledge and experience to future generations of coaches and athletes.

Coach Isaac Xuereb, a dynamic and passionate young coach, brings a fresh perspective to the A4b coaching team. With four years of coaching experience, Isaac has already made a significant impact, driven by his lifelong love for basketball. He began playing at the age of five and has since won multiple championships as a player for Athleta, while also representing Malta on numerous occasions. Currently coaching the U14 and U16 teams for Athleta, Coach Isaac is determined to translate his on-court success into his coaching career, striving to add another championship to his resume. IN the 2024-2025 season, Coach Isaac won three championships with his U14 and U16 Boys categories, and was also the assistant coach of the champions of the U14-Second division.
